Hi! I'm offering a variety of products, made locally here in my garage!
I use PayPal as my shop system as it's most convenient and affordable for me. You also then have buyer protection laws using this method. I can only ship to the UK/EU for now, however if you do specifically need shipping internationally; contact me!
I apologise for any visual issues with the PayPal buttons, I'm having difficulty with the integration and hopefully it will be fixed soon! I'm on the call with PayPal.
How the order process works
How orders will work is that I will receive your payment through PayPal. I will reach out to you if you haven't already, requesting what designs or such you want.
After such, I'll create a record on my order management system, I store your contact email and order number from the PayPal transaction with your address located on it. I'll start manufacturing your order depending on the date. It will be within 2 days or if I require to order specific materials, a day or so extra depending on the delivery of the materials I need, I'll ensure to inform you of such delays.
Then I'll produce the design and email you the result, I'll confirm if you're happy and if so, proceed to ship the product to you. I'll log the image of the product in my order management system which then is kept for archival purposes in case you have a problem with your order and need it recreated or a design problem which wasn't noticed and such. You'll receive a royal mail shipping code, if I have multiple orders it will usually be shipped on Wednesday or Friday; usually I'll send it once I get the go-ahead that the design is good.
I'll hold order information for 6 years and it'll be automatically removed, as I have to ensure to archive it for warranty sake. My order management system will NOT be exposed to the internet and the only user having access to it is myself. This prevents your data being at risk of being exposed.
If you wish for your data to be removed, please contact me directly via email clearly requesting it and I can then remove it as you request.
Warranty & Returns
If you have any problems with your order please, just contact me before going to PayPal. If it's a defect, I can recreate one for you with the correction made, however you should show proof of the defect.
Please be aware of your legal rights as a consumer online, it's illegal for anyone on the internet, even international businesses to say returns are not accepted, and I support this right. I'm making a product for you, if the product doesn't sustain itself for a reasonably long time, then you should have a right for a refund or replacement.
I would like to offer a replacement first before a refund, as of course I'm trying to earn income here. But if it still dissatisfies you and you wish for your money back, please tell me and I'll refund you.
I personally believe a 4 year warranty for the badges is fair; the coasters may wear down overtime and should be treated with oil every few months.
Realistically, not many people would treat their coasters with an oil coat; so they wear down faster and I cannot simply offer a 4 year warranty. Realistically, a 2 year warranty and if it fades due to use, I'm sorry but that isn't something I can sustainably support, make sure you don't scrape your glass/ceramics against the coaster to reduce the wear and tear. Make sure you give it a coat of oil to help prevent wear.
For returns, shipping, is your responsibility to send it back as I cannot afford return postage and to offer you a replacement at the same time.
Conbadges!
Can have NFC tags, programmable using the free "NFC tools" app. I can pre-program it to a link if you provide one in the notes. Double sided must have a mirror copy of the main print, but with text corrected from mirrored version. If the text is easy to mirror then I can do it for you; but please ask your artist to mirror it with the text if possible! If not, you can always just have a solid colour/white as the other side, or have a QR code in the design. As long as it fits a mirrored silhouette, you can do whatever you want.
[Coming Soon] Custom Stickers
Using an A4 document, provide me your stickers or provide me a set of images so I can create stickers for you. Quantity is per A4 sheet or if you send me stickers, it's 24pcs scaled to fit. If you send multiple stickers designs, unless you tell me otherwise, I'll distribute them evenly between 24pcs per quantity.
3D printing services
I can 3D print files for you, I have an option between FDM (plastic) or SLA (resin) printers. Can do PETG or PLA without extra charge. If you need specific materials, please contact me for a quote. If you have small parts, I will print to fit the volume. E.g: Small is 60 x 60mm, if you have a 10 x 10mm print, I will print however many I can fit within that region (32). Can do multi-colour, but you must explain to me which colours you want. 4 colours max, if you require a 8 multi-colour print, please ask for a quote.

Engraved Coasters
Laser engraved by the silly guy! Send me over the design you want engraved and I can engrave it for you! Finished with food safe mineral oil. Max 2 per order. If you need more, just reach out or just order more separately.
